Barry Controls is committed to managing its business in such a way that protects employees and the environment and strives for the prevention of pollution. The company will:

   a) Conduct operations in a manner that protects our employees and the environment;
   b) Strive for continuous improvement in environmental performance;
   c) Operate in compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations
       and Barry Controls environmental procedures;
   d) Strive to minimize waste and reduce emissions through researching and implementing new technologies
       and practices and by establishing relevant objectives and targets and reviewing progress in a prescribed manner;
   e) Pursue economically prudent opportunities for energy conservation, materials recovery and recycling;
   f) Make environmental issues an integral part of all business activities.

Implementation of this policy is a priority management objective and the responsibility of every Barry Controls
employee. Successful implementation will be accomplished through the following:

   Ÿ Continual training at all levels;
   Ÿ Measuring results through crisp, clear objectives;
   Ÿ Commitment;
   Ÿ Communication of and understanding of roles and objectives;
   Ÿ Review of System suitability and performance during MRC meetings for ISO/AS/QS.
