Utilizing state of the art analytical techniques, latest material and manufacturing technology, Barry Controls delivers value added products to companies such as Bell Helicopter, Boeing, Eurocopter, Westland Helicopters, plus other helicopter OEM’s.

Our engineering group is fully experienced in the technology required to design the complicated products used in helicopter rotor heads. From initial conception to development and finally production, the BCA engineer uses all of the resources available to provide the customer with the optimum designed product that will meet all of the required performance criteria specified by the customer.

In addition to rotor head bearings and dampers BCA can design and supply noise attenuation systems for the cabin, Gear box isolation mounts, avionic racks and avionic mounts, plus has a fully approved deicing system for use on helicopter rotor blades. All of these products are available and are production ready.
